VERTOM STRENGTHENS GROUP-WIDE COMMITMENT WITH CORPORATE POLICIES

These policies reflect who we are as an organization: committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and sustainably. They provide clear guidance on how we operate, make decisions, manage risks, and collaborate with clients and partners worldwide. More importantly, they ensure that every Vertom entity works from the same principles, regardless of location or activity.

While all eight policies form the foundation of our way of working, we are currently highlighting three key Corporate Policies on our website:

• Code of Conduct & Ethics – outlining our core values and the standards we uphold in our daily business practices
• HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) – reinforcing our commitment to safe operations and environmental responsibility
• Sustainability & ESG – guiding our efforts to create long-term value while contributing positively to society and the environment

By doing so, we aim to create awareness, provide clarity, and support everyone in embedding these principles into their daily work.
